📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track client accounts using QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Send payment reminders and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Process and reconcile payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve payment disputes and issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Provide regular reports on payment status and trends to the finance team.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a credit control or financial administrative role.
• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, with good Indonesian language skills.
