📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop electrical and control systems for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Optimize system performance and reliability through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical and control systems with mechanical and software components.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing technical support to the manufacturing floor.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance system design and performance.
• Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Contribute to the development of new products and technologies, driving innovation in the semiconductor industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical and control systems engineering, with a focus on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Proven experience with industry-leading tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MATLAB.
• Strong understanding of electrical and control systems principles, including PLC programming, HMI design, and motor control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in relevant industry standards, such as IEC 61131-3 (PLC programming) or ISA-88 (Batch Control), is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
