📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building facilities, equipment, and engineering systems.
• Inspect and test systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues or malfunctions that arise.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and record findings in the maintenance log.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance software such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
