📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate daily logistics and freight operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries, providing excellent service and support.
• Assist in the preparation and packing of goods, ensuring they are secure and ready for shipment.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and timely restocking.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• Assist in the organization and management of warehouse activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational regulations.
• Provide regular reports on operational activities and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or freight industry.
• Proficient in using logistics and inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a vehicle for delivery purposes.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management practices and principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work outside of regular business hours as needed.
