📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Provide technical support to internal teams, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Implement and manage security protocols to protect against cyber threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying new knowledge to improve infrastructure.
Document processes and create training materials to ensure knowledge transfer and continuous learning.
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage and rapid response to critical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with a strong background in server and network administration.
Proficiency in ITIL framework and best practices.
Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy is a plus.
