📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source and screen potential candidates for various restaurant positions,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions,Collaborate with the hiring manager to understand job requirements and candidate needs,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source potential candidates,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other recruitment software
