🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role in the IT industry.,Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or ISO 20000.,Experience working in the charity or non-profit sector is a plus.,Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.,Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
