📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records,Process and manage customer orders, from receipt to delivery,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product restocking and deliveries,Monitor and maintain store equipment and facilities,Assist in store promotions and marketing activities,Prepare and maintain store reports and documentation,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using office software and inventory management systems,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with retail operations and processes,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Fluent in English and Indonesian
