📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Answer and direct inquiries from guests and visitors.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Assist with conference room bookings and event coordination.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
