PT Sinergi Cendrawasih is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Supervisor to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of our facilities, and leading a team of supervisors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or a related field, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor a team of supervisors, providing guidance and support.,Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.,Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
