PT Ratu Mitra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pastry Chef to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality pastries and desserts, ensuring that our culinary standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry making, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to keep up with customer demands and trends.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Manage inventory and purchasing of ingredients to ensure cost efficiency and availability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.,Collaborate with the head chef and other culinary staff to develop and refine the overall menu.,Monitor food costs and contribute to the development of budget-friendly recipes.,Participate in product development and innovation to enhance the pastry offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen environment.,Proven track record of success in leading a pastry team and achieving high customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
