In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our stores in the area, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance and revenue growth.,Manage and motivate a team of store managers and staff to achieve targets and maintain high standards of service.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that all stores in the area are aligned with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Provide training and development opportunities for store managers and staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing multiple stores and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior in Bali.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
