Pro New Pratama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store and remote responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our stores.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and train store staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to drive store performance and profitability.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and appealing to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.
