• Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers.
• Monitor and report on collection performance to ensure we are meeting our targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or collection role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
• Ability to use our collection management system and other relevant software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
