As a Deputy Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet customer demands.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe working environment.,Prepare ingredients and maintain inventory levels.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen management and decision-making processes.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Work efficiently under pressure and meet production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine is a plus.,Experience with bakery products is a plus.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid food handling certificate.
