📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Coordinate with various departments to identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other learning activities.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with HR to ensure alignment between learning and development initiatives and overall business goals.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Report on learning and development activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
