📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and supervise branch staff, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
• Monitor and analyze branch financial performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in branch planning and development activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Represent the branch at internal and external meetings as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of financial management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
