📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Barista in preparing and serving coffee and beverages to customers,Maintain a clean and organized workstation,Stock and manage coffee supplies and equipment,Assist in training new staff members,Handle cash transactions and customer payments,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Participate in inventory management and restocking,Assist in promoting our coffee shop and engaging with customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is a plus,Good communication and customer service skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods,Friendly and approachable personality,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks,Ability to work well in a team
