📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop visually appealing designs for various digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Create engaging content, such as infographics, videos, and animations, to support client campaigns.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure all visuals align with the brand’s voice and messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma.
• Conduct market research to inform creative decisions and ensure designs resonate with target audiences.
• Present design concepts to clients and internal teams, providing clear explanations and justifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Contribute to the development of creative strategies that drive engagement and achieve client goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative design and content creation, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven portfolio showcasing a range of design and content creation work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
