As a Commercial Staff, you'll be responsible for negotiating rates with air cargo carriers, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies to reduce costs without compromising service quality. You'll leverage your expertise in logistics and procurement to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of our air freight services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Negotiate and secure competitive rates with air cargo carriers, including FedEx, DHL, and other key players.
• Analyze market trends and industry data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize air freight operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to rate negotiation and procurement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between commercial goals and operational requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews of air freight contracts to identify areas for negotiation and renewal.
• Maintain accurate records of all rate negotiations and procurement activities.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on rate negotiation and procurement best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in rate negotiation and logistics procurement, with a focus on air freight.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Familiarity with air cargo industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Logistics Management or a related field is a plus.
