📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring uptime and reliability.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Backup and recover data as needed to prevent data loss.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and technologies.,Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
