📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including food preparation, inventory control, and cash handling
Train and develop a team of 10-15 staff members to ensure high service standards
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies
Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive store environment
Collaborate with corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives
Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement
Manage store budget and expenses, ensuring profitability

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fast-food or food service industry
Proven track record of sales growth and operational efficiency
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with POS systems like Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
