📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational performance.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and policies.
  • Manage and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Handle operational budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Collaborate with the Operational Manager to achieve operational objectives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in using operational management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
