Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the business,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and mentor a team of employees to achieve company goals,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration,Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with company policies,Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise,Attend and participate in company meetings and events,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with accounting software is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
