As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our retail operations, focusing on sales, customer satisfaction, and team management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient retail processes.
• Manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock levels are optimized.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and skills.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the head office to implement new initiatives and improve store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales performance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as Microsoft Dynamics or SAP.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian retail laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or a similar field is a plus.
