📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with engineering and development teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation that is easy to understand,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure that it meets our quality standards,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical support to our customers by answering their questions and resolving their issues,Work with our marketing team to create technical marketing materials and collateral,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly and concisely,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Experience with technical documentation standards and best practices,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
