In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Model of Care, a comprehensive framework designed to improve healthcare services and outcomes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement the Model of Care framework, ensuring alignment with CISDI's strategic objectives.,Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and innovative approaches in healthcare delivery.,Work closely with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, policymakers, and community leaders, to gather insights and feedback.,Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other educational activities to promote the Model of Care.,Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Model of Care, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with CISDI's technical team to ensure the Model of Care is scalable and sustainable.,Represent CISDI at national and international conferences, workshops, and other events to promote the Model of Care.,Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in healthcare and healthcare delivery models.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as public health, healthcare administration, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or healthcare administration, with a focus on healthcare delivery models.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare system and its challenges.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.,Proven ability to conduct research, analyze data, and develop evidence-based recommendations.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.,Proficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
