📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all HR functions within the industrial division, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Manage and mentor HR team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality HR services.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
  • Represent PERSOL at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and enhance the company's profile.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in industrial HR.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and driving initiatives to improve employee engagement and performance.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic industry is a plus.
