📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support where needed,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions,Ensure that all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned and working together effectively

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production industry is a plus
