Head Teacher - Early Childhood Education

In this role, you will work closely with our team of teachers, assistants, and support staff to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment. You will be responsible for lesson planning, curriculum development, and implementing educational programs that align with national and international standards. Additionally, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive early childhood education curriculum that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Plan, organize, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons using a variety of teaching methods and educational resources.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
• Monitor student progress and provide individualised support and guidance to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to maintain open lines of communication and keep them informed about their child's development and progress.
• Oversee daily operations, including class management, student attendance, and facility upkeep.
• Manage staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide professional development opportunities to support the growth of our team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with a proven track record of success in a preschool or daycare setting.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as the Montessori Certification, or a relevant teaching qualification.
• Strong knowledge of national and international early childhood education standards and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Proficiency in English, as well as knowledge of the Indonesian language.
• Experience with educational software and tools, such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
