🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on manufacturing, transportation, and logistics.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operations teams in complex and dynamic environments.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
