📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the kitchen operations, ensuring efficient and effective food preparation and service.,Develop and implement menu items that reflect our brand's culinary vision and meet our guests' expectations.,Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Manage inventory and purchasing to optimize costs and ensure ingredient availability.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures.,Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.,Monitor food costs and contribute to the development of the kitchen's budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and delivering high-quality food products.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Experience in developing and implementing menu items.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.
