The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the fleet's efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies. This role is crucial in ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with service providers for timely maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel purchases.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle inspections and servicing.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all drivers are properly trained and certified.,Resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
